Back To School // Diary DIY

Hey ! 
I hope you're well, today I'm happy to present you my first article of the Back To School series ! It's a DIY for personalize our diary. So let's go ! 

First, you will need : 
- a computer and a printer
- a diary 
- masking tape 
- glue 
- scissors 
- a protect cover 

1. The Cover 


- First, to create the cover, you have to go on Google Images, search "white marble" and save the picture which please you. 

- After you will go to PicMonkey, Design, and put the saved white marble picture. 

- We crop the picture like the size of  the diary.

- We will create a grey rectangle : click on the butterfly, and the rectangle.

- We will add some text ( Hiraginosans Font).  We write : Diary and 2016-2017.

- To finish, create the dotted lines (between the Diary and the years). Save and it's finish for this editing. 

2. The Back Cover

- First, to create the back cover, you have to go on Google Images, search "black marble" and save the picture (as for the cover).

- After you will go to PicMonkey, Design, and put the saved black marble picture. 

- We crop the picture like the size of  the diary.

- We will create a grey rectangle : click on the butterfly, and the rectangle.

- We will add some text ( Hiraginosans Font).  We write : 2016-2017. Save.


3. On the diary

- We print the two pictures, and we cut them.

- After, we paste them on the diary 

- After, apply the masking tape (mine is silver) on the spine of the diary. 

- To finish, cover it with a transparent plastic protect-cover.
