#BMP11 : Christmas Shortbread

Hello,

Yes, I know, we are the 18th of December, and normally, if I wasn't late, this article should be posted
the 11th of December... But in France, we say "Mieux Vaut Tard que Jamais" (Better Late than Never) ! So, today, I will show you how to make Christmas Shortbreak.

Before to start the recipe, this is the material :
 - 1 egg
 - 2 cups of flour
 - 2/3 cup of butter
 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
 - 4 little bag of vanilla sugar

For the step 1, we will put the butter, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, and the egg on a bowl. Then, we will mix the preparation to give a cream.



After, we will give on our cream the flour. We will give a paste.









With this paste, we will make a "ball". We will place this ball on the fridge, during 15 minuts.

15 minuts later, we will place our ball on backing paper, and we will spread it.


Then, with Christmas pastry cutter, we will make the form of the shortbread.


When we will finished to cut the shortbread, we will put the cookies on the oven, for 15 minuts, on 300F° (themostat 5).

After, you can decorate your shortbreak, and taste !
